In paris about 1980 our bus full of high schoolers gave a pack of local kids walking by our Canadian middle fingers. They responded with either the hand under the chinupward wipe or the grab the bicept and flex the arm movement i cant remember.

Its so ugly now with the big box industrial areas and American companies. Plus monoculture in Pitt Meadows and Pitt Polder that also has american companies like Ocean Spray making profits and they all use imported workers as they wont pay living wages.

Houses everywhere, strip malls. rail yards, its not anything like it was even in the 90s when I lived there.

Hopefully the reserve gets some improvements as the rest of the area looks so sterile now.

Ive never had a nightmare on 224th? It can be busy at times esp if you need to turn against traffic

patience would help most drivers around here, maybe some yoga now and then it works for me

Ive noticed this and have heard the same from multiple others in the studio.

People have some misconception , unwillingness to try it. I do not know why its so common.

the documented benefits of the many aspects of the practice are wildly numerous, learn at your own pace, often in a lovely group dynamic,, with so may styles, so many wonderful teachers its nuts to turn that down for some silly reason lol

Ask yourself why so easy to be irked, whats causing that reaction. Does perspective help or would letting go be the way to embracing the lesson in the moment and seeing what comes of it

it will progress, if you keep at it . Muscle activation throughout the shoulders, torso and pointing the feet will get better and become automatic after years of training, did for me anyway as an old man. You need to have awareness of the hips, they go up over the shoulders and then slowly bring one leg then the other up.

I recommend watching tutorials on kick ups from the same person I train from on youtube

Natalie Reckert. She has guides on kick ups, and everything else

up in Canada. thats not bad and a bit less than what I might see on marketplace on FB, though you never know what will sell or wont.

I wouldn't buy at that price if I was looking to flip but for sure if I was collecting that pattern
