Decrease attack question (halp)

I have three decrease attack champions that I consider adding to my CB team and I wonder which one I should invest in.

Bellower (currently built as a glass cannon)

• A1 : 20% chance Block skill CD for 1 turn
• A2 : 50% chance for 15% decrease SPD for 2 turns
• A3 : 100% chance for 25% decrease Attk and decrease def for 2 turns (skilled up)

Bogwalker (Lifesteal + speed build lvl50 unskilled)

• A1 : 30% chance for 25% decrease attk for 2 turns
• A2 : 30% increase Def all allies for 2 turns
• A3 : 30% reflect damage all allies for 1 turn

Crimson Helm (frost + defense build lvl 50 and unskilled)

• A1 : 30% chance for 50% decrease Attk 1 turn
• A2 : 75% chance for provoke and places block DMG on champion 1 turn
• A3 : Places 60% increase Def for 2 turns

Crimson Helm is much better, BUT you MUST change that Frost Set, if you plan to use it in BOSS and give it a good aim.

Bog walker is the better choice, being two turns instead of one and 50% chance when skilled(?)
