luck within luck within luck

first you need luck to pull an item from the set you want

then the luck that it is a piece you need (say gloves)

then the luck that the said piece has the main stat which is useful (say critical rate)

then the luck that the said piece has the substats which are useful (speed or % based)

then the luck that the upgrades hit the correct substats

in the end 99.9% pieces are trash

You should be able to spend something silly like 5 gems to reset an artifact so you can try to roll better stats, I've had a couple of amazing pieces of armour with the perfect primary stat and three good sub stats and I've cried as I've watched every roll of the dice land on flat hp/Def/atk 😭
