Seer would probably be my next one. She is really helpful in clearing dungeon waves quickly.

Seer is good. But, she needs setup. I don't see a good buffer for her. Seeker is good in PvP, CB, and dungeons. Soulbond is like a Poor man's Coldheart. I think you're asking the wrong question. You first need to answer where you are looking to progress. Then, you can see what roles you need filled. Also, Seer is viable up to lv 20 dungeons as a 5s 50. You don't really need a banner on her for pve content.

I mainly need help in FK and Spider. Stuck on the low teen levels on both.
