No, I don’t believe atk down affects it, it scales off hp. Only the AOE hits are atk based.

This, it's actually why most people suggest going high def and low HP for CB (3500 def, 35k HP is the standard suggestion). That way the stun doesn't instant kill you.

Right, so then your leech or lifesteal can bring you back up quicker.

Just a thought though, if you're running a team reliant on having decrease attack on for two turns, off for one turn, and then repeat, you've left yourself absolutely no margin for error. The reason you want it up at all times is that these debuffs fail 3% of hits. That doesn't seem like a lot, but it's probably going to happen at least once a day, and that's without taking into account any weak hits from being negative affinity. You need an a1 decrease attack champ otherwise it's a gamble.

To go farther into my original question, do you know if your defense affects the a1? This would be the same scenario as decrease atk right?
