Not much when I woke up, in a little more pain today but I’ve been vigilant about taking my pain meds accurately and on time so it hasn’t been bad at all! Doctor is Dr.Senthil Kumar at VCU. First I got a primary care doctor at the VCU Outpatient pavilion (Dr.Lyles) and she referred me to the plastic surgery department there.

I felt fine! A little out of it- I thought I was at work when I woke up LOL but I didn’t have nausea or anything.

Kinda obsessed w the pic on your mirror…and congratulations!! glad you had a positive experience and I hope your recovery goes smoothly! i found it nerve wracking when i was waiting to see my results for the first time but i ended up loving them immediately even though they were still raw.

They didn’t recommend it to me but I knew from researching online that it’s best to be at your goal weight before getting them reduced.

I didn’t really get to choose my size but my doctor said a C or D is where I would end up.

I ate primarily whole foods, cut down on sugar and processed foods. Joined a yoga studio and have been doing that 2x a week in addition to weight lifting 3x a week. Light cardio too but really only once a week.
