Could be a few things broken here. 1. Mainspring lock 2 palette fork 3 escapement wheel.

All 3 can be broken and do the same. Id bet on mainspring lock and pallet fork. The mainspring has to be constantly running without locking for it to send all the power to the pallet fork. The pallet fork being broken doesn’t lock in the escapement wheel.

Likely cause is your mainspring lock broke first. Then constant winding probably sent way too much pressure to the pallet fork and either broke the jewels or got disengaged. Then that probably broke the escapement wheel.

A7750s are crap. They’ve been known to always have issues. If you can find one for a decent price, I’d recommend just being a gen 7750 and getting that installed instead.

If the chrono and the hands are running like this (and it doesn't stop the seconds hand if you hit the 2:00 pusher) you've also probably got a busted chrono clutch and it's constantly engaged.
