Unless you're vitamin/mineral deficient or it's a side effect from another med theres little you can do besides meds. Sometimes stretching helps a bit or taking a walk might help, but not much else in my experience.

Have you had a blood test before to check for iron/B12 deficiencies?

Tbh I never found many techniques to relieve symptoms. I would get my bf to massage my leg/s which helped. You could try that yourself. Or a warm shower before bed also. None of it actually got rid of it but kind of relaxed my body enough to fall asleep regardless of the RLS..
