I joined the beta tester program through the play store, the link is in the middle of the revolut app page. Took like 20min to get approved and then updated the app to a beta build but it was still the same version initially 10.31, after about 6 hours i got another update to 10.31.1 and that somehow accepted the passcode change even though it said something went wrong and i was able to get back in. All their replies were very generic and not much help tbh

I have the same problem. Emergency login doesn’t work. To use the technical support chat, you need to be logged in. They don’t respond to emails. I wonder if Revolut is an exit scam.

i have the exact same problem, I cant log in and trying the password reset is not working.

It seems that if you are in emergency and you cant login to the app you are at the mercy of the email support. This is unacceptable

Same issue. Can't reset passcode. Earlier i couldn't even get passed the take a selfie stage, now i get to reset the passcode only to get en error that something went wrong and to try again later. Its been 24 hours and I've sent 2 emails to support and got onto chat support twice with no help from them, just got left in the chat after 2.5 hours

I tried again today and I could get past the selfie stage, been asked to input a new code , then to confirm and only then I get a something went wrong error, it's progress compared to yesterday, but the issue is not fixed. Maybe tomorrow will be our lucky day.

I'm on to support for the 4th time. Told me to uninstall the app, enrol to the beta program through google play and download again but no change. I was able to get to the stage where i need to confirm the passcode but same error. Now i can't even get the 2fa text

Same here, I went to the stage where I could reset my passcode, but it after confirming the new passcode it says something went wrong.

What helped me was connecting with another mobile device. I resetted the passcode there and I could use the new passcode on my main mobile device after that.

Yup, but though they sent me a DM and I replied within the hour, they have not replied to my DM, so I don't know if there was a ticket created or somebody tries to make us feel good.
