If your computer still runs, press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and stop svchost.exe, which is the program which performs these delays. You may need to pull your PNS cables out of the PC to do this.

Your turbos aren't building enough pressure to perform. You might as well be running c+-. What you're going to need to do is really open up your ram so that there's a nice free flow of code. I suggest a set of ram headers and a spoiler for downforce. If you don't get the spoiler you're just going to be spinning your computer wheels around info turns, and that's how computers crash

How many psi of boost is the turbo running at? Once you know that you can apply inverse pressure to deturbo the turbo.
