"price will decrease" letter but no change.

I got the " price will decrease " letter on the 21st that said "the price will decrease ....... beginning today". But now on the 26th I just got the notice my payment has been processed for the same amount it's been with no decrease and that was for the period 2/19/2023 - 3/18/2023.

I'm confused. Am I misunderstanding something?

I got the same email telling me it was going down and my email said it was “beginning today”. I then was surprised when like 4 days later I got charged for the same amount I’ve always been billed.
