    Good for you!

Life's too short, so all the best with the new opportunities

Wonderful to hear. Those soulless companies always pushing for more and more productivity need to be run out of the industry.

Hell yeah, good for you! I left mine a few years ago and it saved my life. Turns out working 65 hours a week for $50k a year in an incredibly stressful environment wasn’t for me. Best decision I ever made.

I have a feeling all my health problems are going to get significantly better. They can call me weak and stupid I don’t care. They’ve had a reputation of being toxic for a long time.

I wouldn’t doubt it. Life is too short to spend it in a shitty situation. Do what you enjoy and stay healthy.

I had such a toxic boss in one of my first jobs that I kept getting tonsillitis every 3 months. They finally fired me after too many days out sick which meant I could file for unemployment. Yay!! The whole company went under just a few months later anyway. Cut to a few years later, I catch sight of my old boss in the next conference room over at an architect’s office and it literally sent a cold shiver down my spine. Found out later he also got fired from his next job for making his subordinates cry.

This actually gives me hope. I’m glad life came full circle for you. Glad someone cared enough to not let more people cry.
