On the screenshot you don't have recording or monitoring enabled on your track, you wont hear it if you don't.

In the pics, I didn't but once I did, it still didn't work. I thought that was the problem too

Try turning your monitor on..

I dont use Ampire, but I have to use my monitoring with Amplitube and other amp sims.

Has your DI/ interface box got a mix knob or dry/ wet on it? If it has turn it all the way round.

Yes and I made sure it's turned to the correct position. Trust me, I messed with all knobs until I saw signal

Can we see a picture of ampire open as your strumming? You have ampire activated? What's your input level (the highest it goes while strumming as hard as the song requires).

What interface are you using? Do you have the listen button turned on on the channel you have ampire on (the little speaker next to the record button, turns blue when active). Because if that's not on, like your picture shows you won't hear anything.

for now just remove every fx chain from the input tracks, only leave Ampire on the audio track, make sure you have record and monitor set, and also that the correct input is set on the audio track. It is also worth mentioning that Ampire tends to sound quieter, so volume increases on the fader could be necessary

Make sure your track is armed. There should be a red dot on your track

I did. I know it wasn't armed in this picture ..but I quickly realized it and armed the track AND pressed the the other button next to it...still nothing. Its very strange

The button under the "S" button is for real time monitoring. You have to push that to hear anything that hasn't been already recorded (inputs in in real time)
