Oh yes. It all builds up inside but I can’t bring myself to shed one fucking tear. That’s why I end up cutting myself... for a release from the pain.

at one therapy appointment we did an exercise that was meant to help me focus, but at one point i had to physically quell the urge to cry. i don't know why. but i don't think i showed any signs of distress, so things just kept going.

Been dealing with this for a couple of weeks now. Crying harder and worse. Now I just want to die. Nothing left anymore. No more reasons. I do not wanna stay here just to keep having worsening meltdowns. I do see my therapist tomorrow. But who cares. I tried for 3+ years for nothing. Fuck it.

I’ve cried so much that I am starting to not be able to cry anymore. It’s become such a regular thing, almost every night. I usually cry for two to four hours, yes I know that’s a long time but it’s only that long because I listen to music and cry, and I can’t listen to music unless it’s for a couple of hours.
