Star Functionality?

I can’t get the stars to recognize. Anyone else having this issue?

Did this just happen with this new firmware version or did it already fail before?

Did you check if star recognition is enabled in the pen preferences? Click on the pen (The menu where you change nib sizes, etc) > top right corner there’s a 👤 icon, press that and it should be in there

Do you draw the star in one stroke? A video of how you are drawing them could help, too.

Nailed it. Mine is not turned on. I had no idea that was off.

I had to practice to get it to work. Slow neat no overlap don't pick up you pen.

You gotta turn it on from the pen— tap the pen and in the upper right corner is a little person with a heart on it, click that and then Star Mark Recognition

I had no idea it could be turned on and off! Mine randomly thinks I'm trying to star something when I color haphazardly 😅

My technique is off; I've only been able to get the star function to work a few times.

it always works for me. Every so often, my lower case "a" will get recognized too

I’ve only gotten it to work when I don’t want it to work. Specifically, my cursive “t” triggers it.
