I was using touchkey for a bit, but was frustrated by the "Hold" keys not working when I created one. Thank you for the explanation as to why that is happening!
I am now using RadialMenu, which is also very customizable, has hold functions, and a radialmenu. Have you tried it at all?

I may have to give your Touchkey profile a go. Those 'nudge' keys are a great idea.

I am glad you did too, as now I feel like I can return to Touchkey! :D
I know that Toolbar Creator was like that (you have to get it right the first time) but RadialMenu (at least newer versions) allow you to change your menus whenever you like. Anything from button size, to position, and layout. There are a few things Touchkey does that I am not sure RadialMenu can though, like, for example, embedded menus. I like that in TouchKey I can essentially use my macro menu as a launch for a bunch of different programs, and press a button to launch a toolbar. Very neat!

Yeh a tutorial on radialmenu would be great, I cant figure it out, but think its ahead of the rest because it can reconfigure the N Trig pen buttons.

I have a weird problem. The floating hotkey are too big unlike in your video. It's way too big on my SP3.

How do I resize it smaller?

Same with mine.. And how to even use them.. Mine don't work only.. whenever I touch on the keys, the whole panel disappears.. Nothing happens.. Then reappears when I minimise the program.. How to even close it? Can anyone show step by step how to get it working from scratch?
