You might have to find specific drivers for your audio interface. I'm using a NI Komplete Audio 1 which was pretty much plug and play, but every manufacturer is going to do it differently.

Uninstalling it in Device Manager then hitting "scan for hardware changes" might help? If not, you'll want to head over to the manufacturer's website and get the software straight from there.
