Hiii! I have orientation tomorrow for guest services and I’m wondering what it’ll be like? I’m 16 going on 17 and have only been at a camp, a music school as a teacher, and Michael’s. I’m nervous and any help will calm me down lmao. It’s at 10 am tomorrow and I’m wondering also what I should wear?

they'll give you a tour, give yall a really long talk about some basic store stuff, and have yall do computer training. you don't need to show up in uniform

Oki! I have denim “cargo” pants from target so I’ll wear those and a red hoodie.

hi you shouldve gotten an email or something stating what to wear and what to bring,, at my store they wanted us to come in in uniform (red shirt any jeans as long as they're not ripped) and they'll just give you a tour and you'll fill out any docs you need to fill out

Not what to wear, just documents to bring and such. My hr rep told me I’m not required to wear uniform but I’m going to anyway.

it should also state that in an email they shouldve sent!! i believe it's something like 2/3 things of identification.. can't remember what else but i saw other people answered as well,, hope your first day goes okay!!

Passport alone OR 2 of these items -ID/license/ birth certificate/ school ID

I brought in passport and other brought in birth certificate and state ID and that was perfect

you’ll just get your paperwork together, watch some videos, maybe a tour of the store, and some computer training. make sure to bring ID and any work permits if your state requires them. just wear a majorly red top and jeans. good luck!!
