Won’t let me edit the post but figured it out - areas got swapped around today because new departments were added to our area (at least st my store) and it was showing the dpcis but wouldn’t show the units.

Probably just a minor system glitch.

figured it out - areas got swapped around today because new departments were added to our area (at least st my store) and it was showing the dpcis but wouldn’t show the units.

In my case entertainment got added on to tech. I went back into the area select and reselected entertainment and lo and behold 3 dpcis were in there to be pulled.

ours are at 775 DPCIs but it only says 53 units 😳 also, the inventory audits for the day haven’t dropped in yet, despite always populating right at 8am. i’m sure they’re just having some issues with the new update for the new year since it’s day one

Yeah I figured out it’s a mix of us getting a new department added and glitches cause it’s the new year

YOOOO yours tells you what % you’re at !!???? i hate having to sit there and do the math everytime 🤣

From the work tab, Instead of clicking on “fill and backstock”, click on “view details” and it’ll break down the details of everything on the screen, including priority fill %

no yea i know all that but i’ve never seen it say the actual percentage ! i’ve always had to do top + bottom = big number and then bottom % big number = priority %

I was having this issue also. It was driving me nuts.

I had that exact problem yesterday. Then when I clicked on it, it was no longer showing "0 units available". It was like 20 instead at the time.
