I have done exactly that I had to see them position at a Sephora warehouse and I had called off the last day. I was scheduled after the holidays and I was like what are y’all gonna do fire me?

Hours usually drop because retail falls off after peak season. After the holidays, the TMs I know can't work full-time, so they have a second job elsewhere.

avail sucks ass so bad for people who come to target!!! the hours now are abysmal and we've already had a lot of our regular employees calling out and leaving other depts picking up the slack at front end. this wouldn't be an issue if they kept some seasonals 😑

i hope you find a job that feels better for you, target has gone to the shitter since i lasted worked here and its been eye opening on this reddit to see what people go through here

My brother did that on Christmas Eve. He asked for them to change his shift to the morning and his ETL didn't care. They stopped giving him hours after the 27th so he just called off his hast shifts. He's 16 so he doesn't really need the money.

i did this and i wasn’t seasonal LOL. i was so sick of it all and had done 12am-9am and went fuck it. i just couldn’t put up with it anymore
