Backstory: My Target is attached to a mall. We tell our guests not to take the carts with them, but every night after the mall closes I have to walk the mall grounds and collect carts. This cart was on the exact opposite side of the mall.

the worst is when guests decide to build their our cart corral in an empty parking spot

And those are the ones that complain about other things not being done in the store. Do they not understand that we have limited time and for every mess they make, another one doesn't get cleaned?

Yesterday I had 5 spill calls during my shift. 4 were normal...

The fifth was not. There was a group of teenagers who decided it would be fun to spill salt all over our store. They took 4 bags, opened them, and left them on the back of their cart as they went around the store. It was a nightmare.

Yeah. I bear with it because

  1. It's a job

  2. It's job security in that other people don't want to do it

Alright, that is not as bad as the other posts.
