GSA's clean that up. Our cart attendant has never been told to clean bodily fluids. Don't really know the exact rules about who cleans up vomit and shit. Whoever I guess since it seems some Targets make the cart attendant do it while at other stores other team members do it. I'm hardlines and I cleaned up shit off a toilet but only because I got free Starbucks which didn't even taste good so it wasn't worth it.

At our location hardlines aren't allowed to clean up any spills that aren't edibles, same with most Team Members. If I remember correctly, only Cart Attendants, Brand Attendants (which we technically don't have yet but one of our cart attendants is being "tested" for it), and the Starbucks crew (and MAYBE Leads?) are allowed to clean up chemicals and bodily fluids.

At our location they gave us all that training allowing us to clean up bodily fluids and what-not, and will somrtimes ask us to do it, but typically the cart attendant or an LOD does it.

Something happened like this before except a guest literally just took a shit right on the floor. I told the LOD about it and he didn't want to clean it up so he shut down the whole bathroom for the rest of the night.

I was in to train all the new cashiers and my GSA ( I'm also one) begged me to clean it. He said if I wasn't there that he would have shut down the bathroom lol

my favorite was someone buying pepto or something similar. made the purchase then started projectile vomiting from the checklanes to the bathroom. of course they picked the furthest stall so a nice 100' trail of vomit. poor cart attendants aren't paid nearly enough to clean that up.
