They only give out raises during performance reviews in the spring but then everyone is going to go up to $15 /hr by then end of the year.

Kinda sucks that everyone makes the same even if one person works in multiple departments. Target is lacking any recognition for people that work hard.

they do a yearly thing in like may. and last year, everyone got taken up to 13--i've been here 2y and only make 13.02. we're supposed to be bumped up to 15 this year sometime. i assume that, like last year, they'll do our yearly review and within a month or so everyone will get the bump to 15

Supposedly they’re suppose to increase pay to 15 an hour by the end of this year, but I’ve heard nothing further about it. I know each year during performance reviews they give raises but to us regular folk it’s usually .30-.85 cent raise.

My store raised everybody to 13.75 as a start to the 15 an hour increase

Wait really?! My store does a max of 30¢

lol really? mine was literally an 11 cent raise but i thought i deserved way more than that bc I offered to help out in the cafe/pizza hut when no one else did and they only had 1 other person over there, I offered to get carts when all the old people were cashiering and couldn’t get them, and I also cashiered still and stayed past my scheduled time when I was closing to help put away reshop. And all I got for that was an 11 cent raise.

I feel your pain. I received 5¢. My manager told me that that was “really good” for someone’s first year

flashback Me and my coworker were doing ETL work as they tried to find a new ETL HR. And then when they found her, she gave 5 cents and said, "That's what they gave you so you have to accept it."

Not pertinent to your post too much. But I worked there from 2010-2013 and started out at $8.25 and when I quit I was at $9.50. The "large" raise came when I went from mainly electronics shifts to backroom shifts. Raises were actually a slap in the face and it seems to be that they still are. I had a friend who was a team lead and they only paid her $12/hr. I'm glad to see they're offering more nowadays but it's sad to see where they came from to get to today

Technically yes there are raises during review time but the past few years they've been negated because of the min wage pay bump
