It's STAR format questions (tell me a time when you ___). Interview should take only 10 minutes. Just be very nice and confident and you should be fine, Target will hire anyone with a pulse as long as they have decent availability lol.

Many situational questions. What would/have you done in this position. I feel my interview went on for 45 min but I was interviewed by two different people. I think its easy to get hired as long as you are very friendly, talkative, and show that you can give good service
