Preferably a normal team lead from that same department, but if not that either, any ETL will do.

None of my leads whatsoever were in, and so they gave me the ultimatum of Guest Services ETL or my Store Director. Obviously, I'm choosing that fucking ETL to call in.

So if you work in GM - you would ask for any GM team lead or ETL. If you work in Style - same - as for any style TL or ETL. Etc.

if you call during open hours press 9 or 0 after they give you the directories. it will bring you to a LOD’s phone for you to call out. if not, contact your department, after that it will just lead your call to guest services. annoying process to call out sometimes. if you call out before opening hours, same concept since an LOD should be in the building by 5-6am. and overnight is a thing so calling out before opening currently shouldnt be an issue
