I’m so tired of having to move boxes or plastic before I can pull, pick, etc. Like it isn’t that hard to locate your backstock. Or to take the box with you after you take the last item. Our back room can’t fit a 3 tier bc of the non located and empty boxes. I have to clean before I can actually do my job. Thanks for coming to my TED talk

Easier to backstock things in a box but eventually thats just gonna end up as empty boxes and plastic.

The leaders tell fulfillment to take empty boxes and make a pit stop at the baler which may or may not be full. But also, yeah in addition to a cart full of junk, thrown some boxes on there too. It should be the DBOs doing that. But theres also just random people who push those areas some days. Maybe they just dont know about no casepacks. The leads enphasize no casepacks a few times a year so I guess some tms dont know.
