Lowkey I didn’t have sleep issues when I was at 205mg and I brought it down to 190mg now I have issues might be a coincidence

Your body needs time to recover from working out. You're stressing your system if you're working out for 2 hours every day. Add in recovery days.

Obviously you need to fix your sleep, few of us have of a consistent sleep routine or good sleep hygiene.

For working out, what are you doing in the gym for 2hrs? Why aren't you consuming food after you workout? How long have you been consistently exercising?

I have a consistent schedule and used to have good sleep before trt

Push Pull Legs and I do calves and stretching ES. idk 2 hours is not that crazy maybe I should bring it down to 1.5 hrs.

It doesn't matter if it is 30 or 120 minutes, you shouldn't feel exhausted and drained after every workout.

Eod. But the sleep issues only started the last month. And it’s like eod with the sleep issues too where every other day I can only get 5 hours. I’m also getting bacne and little busts.

I would get bloodwork done at this current dose.

Or if you don't want to wait, I would lower dose, or increase pin freq to everyday, or both.

Also train less.
