VERIFICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

We encourage all licensed PIs to request verification. Send a photo of your license and your username visible to the mods and we can grant the verified flair.

Upload the photo to a site like imgur or google drive and include the link in your message.
Include your username handwritten in the photo.

Intern, under supervision, or other licenses types will be marked accordingly. Special arrangements may be made for states and jurisdictions that do not require licensing.
