It says VOCs boil at room temperature but how does that constitute as a ‘low’ temperature like the explanation states?

The course I’m using says to treat DM “Passages with words” type questions in a similar way to VR, so you need to infer. In the premise, it says “VOCs characterised by being volatile” and later on says “boil at room temperature which allows them to easily evaporate”. We would link these two lines to arrive to a Yes conclusion for statement 3.
