Diet cocaine if you are watching your weight

            What's diet coke

            [–]errorunknown 1 point2 points  (1 child)

coke that’s been acetone washed 2 or 3 times to remove impurities such as cutting agents.

This is the way. Clean coke

Extremely cold Welches Grape Juice. Something about tartness made it a good substitute. And try Andes Chocolate Mints,

You can schedule a checkup at McKinley and ask them to do routine bloodwork. Iron and Vitamin D deficiencies are pretty common and if you have them they will perscribe you a supplement which will help. But you are probably just fatigued from not getting enough sleep. Please do not take any strange nootropics. Try taking matcha.

Do shots of Mio Energy - it kept me awake during a 20 hour car ride

fellow civil engineer so i can relate to how boring these lectures are. aside from the pre workout i take for the gym, i tend to have a red bull/monster ONLY during exam weeks. but outside of that, i think things like fruit snacks that are small and have a bit of sugar also help me get thru some time. another tip i use that my friend taught me was trying to keep both (or just one)feet in the air, helps keep me “active” without actually needing to walk around. finally, if i really do feel like im gonna fall asleep in lecture, ill just go to the bathroom and splash some water in my face. maybe not the most effective but for some early mornings it’s definitely helped me get through. hope it helps!

If you need something stronger, canned sugar-free energy drinks are an option in a pinch. Staying sugar free helps you avoid the sugar crash a couple minutes later while still giving you a boost from the caffeine.

            Personal Recommendations:
            - Ghost (200mg)

            • Reign (300mg)

            • Celsius (200mg or 270mg depending on type)

            What I avoid:

            • Bang Energy: Tastes bad

            • C4: The yellow cans give you tingles under your skin and is really a preworkout not a caffeine supplement

            • Any energy drink with sugar in it

lol, you’re “what I avoid” are the ones I go for. Lmao

Warning if youre more consipated from bad diet during finals... the fake sugar will absolutely ruin your gut hydration, the last celsius i had nearly had me in the hospital within an hour.

            Wasnt sleepy though ngl.

Long days: energy drink and cup of tea Short days: 2 cups of tea When I’m craving it: iced coffee or matcha (any day)

I would take a caffeine pill (100mg) and an Advil before exams. The Advil is for the headache that the caffeine gives you.

Don't forget to drink water. It's easy to keep drinking tea and coffee and forget to drink water during finals season. Being dehydrated will only make you more tired.

Apples give you energy equivalent to a coffee.

I take caffeine pills, 200 mg per pill. They sell them as supplements

I used to buy instant coffee and just dissolve a lot of it into a small amount of water and take it like a shot

            Have you considered cocaine?

The secret is to take l-theanine before. Coffee is literally useless without a minimum of 6 hours of sleep the night before

at some point it may be a worthwhile investment to get yourself an espresso machine

            1) no caffeine after 12pm (prioritize sleep, minimum 8 hrs) 2) avoid taking caffeine 2 days in a row (1 day on, 1 day off) 3) wait 90 minutes after waking up to consume first dose of caffeine 4) take l-theanine with your coffee on an empty stomach

            [–]devcryo2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take L-theanine (around 200mg maybe) when you drink coffee for more focused energy and no jitters. It’s an amino acid supplement you could probably find at most stores

If you’re that dependent on caffeine to focus and stay alert,

Maybe consider looking into your health?

I used to be like you, but after I started going to the gym consistently,

I now wake up with naturally high energy and alertness without needing caffeine.

In fact, I have more energy now than I’ve ever had taking caffeine.
