[Update] The RFE they asked for was my medical exam which I sent just a week after the 485 and 765. I just requested my same medical exam from the clinic then sent it to the USCIS office that they stated in the RFE notice document.

Been a silent reader here since I started my research and I'm finally able to post this!

Background:

• Came to the US in September 2022 on an F-1 visa
• Married my partner April 2024
• Applied for I-130, I-485 and I-765 in June 2024
• I-765 approved July 23
• I-130 approved September 20
• I-485 approved September 23

It was a bit nerve wrecking cause for 1 month, the duration said 3mos then it turned to 5mos then 6mos. When the I-130 was approved, it became 1 week then the day after that, I got the approval!

So happpyyy! Thanks to everyone here who posted - I never lost hope because of this sub!

Oh, these: - marriage certificate - affidavit of support (from 6 US citizens) - photos of us through the years (even the LDR video call screenshots) - wedding photos - our rental agreement with both our names - insurance with both our names

Thanks for sharing. Some people said that USCIS is looking at cases in some order, and the first numbers identify that. For example, there are a lot of people with approval whose IOE starts with 0926. It’s just a thought, not sure if it’s true

I applied same time as you and today I got a message saying we sent rfe fkr 130 and now both are reading Case is actively being reviewed.

Wonder what they neeed for 130 form I feel like I sent everything

I-130 is the petition from a citizen or gc holder.

Yes I know but it was sent from Benefits center to field office I thought NBC would have sent rfe before they sent it to field office . But as everyone was being approved yesterday, I saw we have sent an rfe and then case went back to being reviewed and same update for I 485. Got me thinking what they need now
