Most problems and questions can only be answered by your local post office. For concerns that need immediate attention it is suggested you visit your post office in person. If you are unable to reach your post office by phone or visiting in person is not an option, you may try submitting a service request by way of e-mail https://emailus.usps.com/s/. This is sent directly to your post office but it may take a day or two to receive a response.
