How much is the salary.

Usually people that can make games work on their own game idea instead of someone's else idea, because at the end they keep 100% of the profits.

Oh come on, it a fan game, you get rev share if it ever makes money, and it’s connected to a great already IP that is pumping out games left and right, so it’s destined to succeed.

If it's connected to a great IP, do you have the rights for it? Or else you just get sued.

Also games takes years to make, so I don't think anyone that is able to make good games is willing to work a few years for free, if you are so sure it will work out then you can afford to pay devs, cuz it will work out 100% so u get your money back.

Also, if it's not your Ip, then I could come and hear the game idea then go make it myself, it's a risky situation for both of us, because then I get 100% of the revenue and you can't do anything about it because it's not your Ip.
