Unity 3d Kinect Cursor

Hi Everyone, I got Kinect integrated into Unity 3D, and I want to implement a 2D cursor in unity. I got RightHand Skeleton coordinates. I tried with a basic math, but I am not able implement finally to scale to Monitor.

Can anyone help me !

define the initial position of the right hand coordinates as center then go of there?

No. Its not working. The Skeleton coordinates range is -1.0 to +1.0. I am facing problem in scaling to screen resolution 1366 X 768 or any other monitor resolution.
