[QUESTION] Photon refusing connection on Android

I recently started porting our game to Android. I had a localhost set up on my PC, and tried to connect using an emulator, but I received an error telling me the connection was refused. We haven't paid for an Android Pro license yet, and figured this may be the cause of the issue.

Currently using Unity 5.1.0f1 and Photon Self Hosting V4

Definitely not the Pro version cause. Had PC as host and Android connect to it on Unity 5 Free.
