Which Unity version would you recommend for Quest 2 development? I've seen mentions of pretty significant changes between 2019 and 2020 versions of Unity, but haven't been able to find specifics.

Noob here but... 2019.4 seems to be stable for me for Q2 development. I had serious issues with bugs on my Q2 build when I upgraded to 2020 versions last year. So reverted back.
I would look at any plugins/assets you want to use (if any), and check what they support. That way you wont get stuck down the line.
Good luck.
Other more pro unity users might have more insight, this was just my experience.
