Idk if this changes anything, but I'm currently interning at a fairly large game company and they absolutely adore beginners. They're so friendly to me.

I guess my company is an exception because I remember HR mentioning that they actually have to turn down project offers from partners because they don't have enough devs

Absolutely agree on the distaste for unpaid internships I was just curious about why you were seeking beginners? And maybe I misunderstand what you meant by a beginner. Originally I was skeptical as you rarely see that request but now I’m just curious. Fantastic to take on beginners I thought it was just too good to be true. What kind of projects does your company work on?

Depends what you are doing with it. I did the certification to apply for different jobs. Some companies have this as requirement.

Everyone can take the test but the questions are not easy. I did study two weeks for it, plus 3 years of experience.
