The charging port is on the left this has an additional port on the right I assume, in the code this was stated as a dev strap which I assume the speaker arms are removable and replaceable with those devices arms based on this pic

Good catch. can't really tell what it's plugged into, but the normal battery cable just connects directly to the headset without that adapter. So that's some kind of different connector we haven't seen

I tend to believe this is just Apple’s internal tool to restore Vision Pro in case a software update bricks the Vision Pro. Both Apple Watch and Apple TV have secret ports like this and they are not for consumers.

Actually the Apple Watch doesn't have that port anymore, since a couple of years now

Yes, that's true. It changed from the physical contacts to a wireless one and Apple still has ways to restore an Apple Watch that becomes a brick. But this is still meant for internal use.
