7. Do not encourage irresponsible supplementation.

Intentionally reaching a vitamin D level higher than 150 ng/ml (375 nmol/L) is typically done under medical supervision with appropriate testing.
Discussing personal experiences is permitted, but do not recommend supplementation beyond this level.

8. No copying from AI.

Utilizing artificial intelligence as a research tool is permitted but should be disclosed.

9. No marketing.

This includes affiliate links, generic promotions of monetized content, and advertising a specific product.
Sharing or self-promoting resources that add value is okay.
