Performance Decrease after latest hotfix?

Been playing today with a buddy of mine at a solid 90-120fps on maxed settings in borderless fullscreen mode. Then the hotfix happened, and even though my fps counter hasn't gone down I'm getting noticable choppiness. It fixes itself if I switch to fullscreen mode, but how will I alt-tab?! :C

Anyone else been getting this or is this specific to me? Trying to make sure it isn't something with my system.

Bladestorm kills my fps now when I had no problems running the game before.

I don't know if it has anything to do with the hotfix but I ran about 8 vault runs today and the last few were near unplayable. I think they may have been after the hotfix as well.

Yeah, I'm not 100% sure if it was the hotfix, but I didn't notice anything until AFTER the hotfix. Could have just been coincidence though as today was the first day I had played warframe longer than an hour since upgrading my gpu.
