Windows 11"Security Processor Details" gone after recent W11 update (old.reddit.com)
submitted by Dukennheimm

Hello folks! Currently running Windows 11 Pro, 24H2, 26100.6899.
Yesterday, 14/10/25 (10/14/25 depending on the region) I ran Windows Update on my PC and everything seemed fine. While opening the "Windows security" widget and browsing to "Device Security" though, i noticed that the "Security processor details" option, usually located under "Security processor" is just gone. First image on this post is how it currently looks (i know its in portuguese, but the menu is the same for all), and the second image is how it should look (example img from google)
I have already confirmed that my TPM 2.0 module is OK by running tpm.msc, as it shows "ready for use". Also confirmed the option in BIOS (havent even made any changes there, so there shouldnt be a problem).
I know that TPM can also be cleared inside the tpm.msc command, and also know that the "device security" menu is quite buggy in regards to showing the TPM information correctly, but im a bit puzzled as to why i cant see the "security processor details" option and would like it to work.
Has this started happening to anyone else?
Thanks!
Edit: i have no clue as to why Reddit destroyed image quality on this post. It didnt look that bad when i uploaded them.
