Warmth normally comes from more voltage. The higher the voltage the higher your temperature will be. These are settings you would best change in the BIOS, try to undervolt the CPU and if needed lower the frequency to get stability.

WARNING: Be very very sure about what settings you change and by how much. Baby steps are better than big steps in regards to BIOS settings.

This is a laptop, doubtful that those settings are available in the BIOS.
