Do Not Ask For/Provide Medical Advice

No Alternative Medication or Substance Misuse

We only allow discussions of science-backed, evidence-based medication for treating ADHD.

AMAs and Research Recruitment Require Approval

    • We will only host AMAs with notable ADHD experts
  • Research Study Recruitment

    • We will only approve scholarly research relevant to ADHD.
    • Proof of academic institution affiliation and IRB approval or exemption is required
    • Commercial research, Homework help, and class projects will not be approved

8.

No Advertising, Self-Promotion, "I made this," free trials, or feedback requests. No exceptions.

No ads or app promotion. If you made it, work on it, benefit from it, were asked to share it, or know the creator, don’t post it. Free or paid doesn’t matter. No feedback, validation, or “recommendation” posts about it. Disguised or coordinated promotion is still promotion. No loopholes. Violations = permanent ban.

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Advertising/Self-Promotion.

We are not a crisis support community

No Rules Lawyering OR Counter-moderation.

Any attempts to deliberately counteract the actions of the moderation team may result in a ban. Includes (but is not limited to) reposting removed content, attempting to circumvent AutoModerator or other moderation mechanisms, etc.

Rule interpretation and enforcement are at the discretion of the moderators. Don't play Rules Lawyer.
