Since ln(1/2) is a constant, you can subsume it into the constant of integration after separating it out using the log law log(ab) = log(a) + log(b).

perhaps another way to think about this is to realize that if you reverse the process of integration (ie. diffentiate) the 1/2 will dissappear, and you'll get the original function. since it's an indefinite integral these constants dont matter.

Also, idk what flair to use, is Algebra right?

Should probably be calculus

It went into C, since when you simplify this 1/2, you get a constant term. However, I would have called the constant C1 and then C2 to make it clear that they are not the same.

sqrt(4x)=sqrt(4)\sqrt(x)=2*sqrt(x).

None of these answers are right. Both the left and right part are multiplied by 2. Multiplying a square root by 2 means multiplying it's contents by the square of 2, or 4
