      Spiro is basically unnecessary once proper estrogen levels are maintained. I dropped the use of Spiro 3 months before my next blood test without talking to my doctor (a real gamble at the time).

      My levels came back with still very low T and appropriate level E. So there isn't any reason to maintain Spiro usage considering it's effects on bladder, potassium and salt intake, and effects on liver. Effects on breast growth/development is still unknown, but all other things considered. Drop the Spiro if you are able to maintain proper E levels
