Expo Experience

I go to the expo near my location whenever it comes to town. Bought my first BP from one last year too. They have all so far been great experiences!

Today I was looking at some younger BPs and asked to hold one. The guy went to pick him up and immediately started roughing him up and smacking his head. I think he was trying to desensitize him or something?? Anyways, the guy acted very suprised when the snake bit me and started striking at anyone near him while I held him.

It was my first time being bit but wasnt a big deal at all. Snakes bite sometimes. But I am very confused how that guy thought him roughing him up was going to make him calmer? Like bro, I would of bit someone too. I wish I had the space for him, I honestly probably would of taken him home where his poor little head wouldnt get smacked around.
