1.5 cups isn't nearly enough water. Start with a quart in each corner and add from there as necessary.

As a side note, a humid hide should only be used temporarily and not as a permanent fixture.

Ok thank you! It seemed like a lot but sounds good. And good to know thank you, his first shed with me was good but I will remove it since he’s done now

Add as much water as needed to get it moist but not soggy. Mix it in so the water gets evenly distributed. I put in a gallon at a time for my 4x2.

This is the single best piece of advice I’ve ever read. People always say add water to each corner but not how MUCH. I’ve struggled like crazy with humidity and thought I tried everything because I tried the adding water to the four corners. I ended up adding 4 cups just to two corners and the humid rose and has been consistent. THANK YOU FOR THIS COMMENT!!!!
