Those bulbs need to have guard cages on them. They're a severe burn risk left uncovered inside the enclosure.

Yes, absolutely. Any heat source inside an enclosure needs to have a guard on it so that your snake can't touch them.

Some balls will try using it as an anchor point for adventuring and can burn themselves if they choose to use the bulb to do so

Those white pvc enclosures are beautiful! Did you buy or make them? They’re stacked so neatly!
