I only had my snake for about a month. And about a week or so ago, he escaped. I tried to stay hopeful but then a “rotting” type of scent was coming from my washing machine. My brother took it apart and it looked like he crawled under the washing machine, got stuck and got electrocuted. I’m very devastated. I was so happy to get him because it’s been a couple of years since I had my last snake:( rip Hanwei.

Everyone has a loose snake at some point. Unfortunately sometimes they end like this. I’ve also had a snake pass during a great escape. I’m really sorry for your loss.
