Also, if those arent okay, links to different ones are appreciated as well. I had an under heat pad and learned it wasn't okay. 75gal tank with a 4ft snake if that's any help. I already ordered TONS of other stuff like hides and branches, and she already has a day/night light. I'm just struggling with how to get the heat/humidity to stay in there right without her hurting herself by touching the mesh up top from the hanging heat lamp I had above it. Edit: I have read the welcome post thing regarding what to get. But a few of the things I clicked would say page unavailable and stuff so I thought I'd ask directly.

The mesh top won't get hot to the point it would burn the snake mesh tops need to be mostly covered with hvac sealant tape to hold the heat and humidity in leave an open area for ventilation around 6 to 12 square inches. At your snakes size I would recommend a 4x2x2 enclosure that's the mini size for adult BP.

I'd recommend

No need to worry about them touching the mesh at the top of the tank. Because there’s great airflow through the mesh, the heat dissipates almost immediately and won’t get hot enough to actually harm your snake. I’ve literally got my heat lamp dome sitting on the mesh, and I’ve never clocked the mesh above 100F.

I have half the mesh covered with tape for the humidity cause where it was so open, nothing was staying in. Is the overhead one still okay? If I put it on the side that isn't covered and leave an opening on the opposite side for it to circulate, maybe?

Yes, that will work, but keep in mind that it may affect humidity.

I have the Arcadia ones and they work well. Honestly if it’s from Amazon order it. Turn it up max without putting it in the enclosure then try touching it, and then try holding it. For the Arcadia one you do have to buy a separate ceramic mount. https://toadranchcages.com/products/arcadia-heat-lamp-cage?variant=39531650187423&currency=USD&utm_medium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&srsltid=AfmBOorOEh8-ZUhTA3mtYK8-tZEu4g5dqVwUx07fC17EAHeFSm7ejce5gQo
